Well it’s the last day of August and I know you like how I’m sliding in under the date wire to get one entry in this month huh?!?!
I don’t have much to say really. Aaron had the day off and he did a few things around the house: laundry, litter, and dishes. I was so tickled when I looked in the sink, not only did he do the dishes, but he cleaned the junk collector out! I mean out, almost looked kind of new.
At work today the current CT I’m working w/ kind of aggravated me a bit. We butted heads this month about me not being able to get all the things done I want to and she brought up doing it during nap time and I haven’t been able to do it then. Well I FINALLY realized why today: she doesn’t stay in the room if I’m in there during nap! There were several things I wanted to do, but had to walk out to get them, however since she wasn’t in the room I couldn’t walk out. Also I noticed her snarkiness. We are supposed to rotate our books, which she does the main ones, but she doesn’t put out ones in the centers. Since I couldn’t leave the room to do my business I decided to look for books from our closet stash and when I asked her to check em’ to make sure it was okay to put out, she was semi kind of rude and said something along the lines of ‘I don’t care what you do, if you see it needs to be done, do it, don’t talk about it or make sure it’s okay, just do it’. WHOA I was worried about stepping on her toes and all but damn girl jumped at me don’t ya know!
OK, bitterness out, positive now…. Aaron and I had a semi impromptu date nite: Ru Sans!! Always delish! We shared the sashimi bowl again and another fancy roll. I wanted ice cream but nothing really set my bells to tinkling and I tried, we went to Sweet Ce Ce’s and Pied Piper. I’m so thankful halfoffdepot has had these amazing deals for Ru’s. It’s a shame the last four I bought were probably the last ones they are going to offer :’( .
Allrightythen, I’m ready to hit the sack. High: of course the date nite!
